pimon thai was such a pleasant surprise! we were over, though lafayette was on a road trip and stopped for dinner. the spring rolls, stirring vegetables and roasted rice were all delicious. her menu is very meat centered, but almost everything can be made vegan, just ask the server! Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. We were at our table for an hour and 20 minutes before our food came. And that was after asking about our food twice. Several people came after us, ate and was gone before we were served. I got the tia ribeye, and it was a mistake. Delicious food! we tried duck, garlic huh, pad thai and pad see ew. it was all delicious! also the people are friendly and have many customers.
We hired pimon thai to provide a boxing meal for a school, and they have made an incredible job. the children loved the fried rice with brokkoli it was a big hit for.
No matter what you love. It's okay. The service is even better. The warm personality of the entire staff. You can't go wrong with Pimon Thai. A Houston trip to Lafayette is always a must to stop Pimon Thai.
