When I come back this way from Massillon OH to visit family this is a must stop visit. The food and pastries are outstanding. They just did my daughters wedding and people were absolutely amazed.

I ordered 3 Reuben Bricks and one of them didn't have any sauerkraut. You had 1 job to do, get the meat on the entire sandwich, they failed to do that. Strike 1! Naturally when I go call to voice my displeasure, there's no voicemail because it's FULL. How convenient. Strike 2! One more strike and I won't be back! UPDATE-They offered to replace the sandwich!!!! Woo hoo!!! It Was very good except it didn't have any sauerkraut...stay tuned for the 2nd Reuben.?

As long as I am working in this area, I will never go to another sub shop again. You can’t beat the service, quality of food or prices. I would give it six stars if I could.

We had no idea what this place was like, I googled a place with good Tiramisu and Jimmy's showed up. They were incredibly friendly on the phone when i ordered. When we arrived to pick it up, my husband and i stopped in our tracks. This place is huge, with display cases FULL of every Italian dessert, cookie, pastry, biscotti, i could go on and on. Then you arrive at the displays of meat, cheese, pasta, etc. All the staff was so welcoming and friendly especially the young lady who waited on us.In the car we immediately tried a bite of one of the 6 extra desserts we purchased! Magical. Delicious. Period.
