The ice cream itself is 5 stars but the service at the Youngstown location The Original) has really gone down hill.

The French, silk pie, banana, pistachio, salted caramel, and spouse in the house are all great ice creams! Without a doubt you must stop by if you're in the area. It's literally two seconds off of Route 80 on the northside.

It doesn't matter what the temperature is! Handle's Ice Cream is always in season ! Where else can you pull in and have a smiling employee greet you....and in minutes you are smiling too?!! All because of the dreamy dessert you are handed.It's absolutely divine no matter what your choice may be. There is no competition. . It's the best! matter what your choice may be ! It's the best !

There was a short white guy that was extremely rude, I asked him a few questions as I'm trying to decide what kind of ice cream I should get and he seemed annoyed as if he hated working there. Get a new job if it's that bad 6:30pm 4/28/2023
