What User doesn't like about Gionino's Pizzeria:
You have great pizza. But nothing is ever right. Once I ordered the delivery Brier Hill Art Pizza it was delivered without pasta cheese sprinkled on it. Just sauce and pepper. Next time we ordered a few pizzas and got a completely different pizza with like 5 toppings we didn't order. Recently ordered boneless wings and pizza. I just love Austintown Gionino’s ! I have been buying from them for over 10 years now! I have tried other locations! But, not 1 comes close to the customer service as this one has! I now live in Wellsville Ohio and when I want pizza ! Yes, I drive 40 min to get it and 40 min home! They even wait about 30 min before starting it! So, it’s coming out of the oven when I get to them! They even cut it in squares for me. Back 5 years ago my mother had dementia and the pizza is similar to a pizza from our hometown pizza place in Cincinnati. So, she thought we moved back home some days. I would bring it home or that I went to cincy for a meeting other days. I will always love this location and keep up the good job guys and putting up with me and my special wants ! ! ! LOLWe need a good pizza place down here! So, I’m requesting you to open one here! This is some of the best pizza around and Iam actually related to Fernando (God rest his soul) from Wedgewood Pizza.I gave 3 stars for atmosphere because they are really geared for pick up and I don't know if the deliver because Ilike to pick up and that saves on the cost too. What I mean is the wating room is only there to be a few minutes they are efficient it will be on time.Kid-friendliness: I don't know, they don't really have anything geared toward kids but they are friendly.Parking: There are always empty spots and not heavy traffic on Mahoning Ave. unless you are on the road at 5PM.
