Friendly wait staff, but inconsistent quality. The fried chicken is hit or miss, but the fish is usually pretty good. The family take-out pasta meal is a fantastic deal, even if it isn't the best sauce in town. I can't speak to a dine-in experience as I always order to-go. Our first time there. the server was just wonderful and our eating amazing. the warm rolls were soouo good. I had the baked ziti and my colleagues the fleshy. they were both so good that we shared. great jewel!
When we moved to Youngstown we looked for places close to home that had good food(I'm an unbelievably picky eater) at a good price, City Limits filled the bill! The staff are soooooo nice, the menu has something for everyone(GREAT wings) and the prices are great! If you are looking for take out, this place is the absolute BEST! The only negative I can come up with is that it's hot in the restaurant in the summer(but they do have an outside patio to eat on). I would recommend this place to anyone looking for good food at a great price with great people running it!
