Was here about a year ago ordered and paid for double quarter pounder and got down the street to find out it was single. Just happened again now. Big thanks to those hard working boys and girls chatting to each other and checking their phones. Outstanding.
Just ordered a quarter pounder burger meat and cheese only and a hamburger we repeated ourselves 4 times for him to ask what size meals we wanted we got to the window and then we had to tell the manager he didn’t put the hamburger on the order. Just waited 15 minutes in the drive through for this
Went through drive through placed order added bacon paid for order 2 burgers and 2 shakes got home 15 minutes away burgers had no bacon mostly lettuce dry and one of the shakes was unable to be consumed. To far to return so rang. Because I had no order number there was no refund. Does anyone get order numbers when going through drive through, I know I never have.
Ordered food through the drive-thur last night, staff member james took our order was extremely rude and nasty. food was absolutely horrible. Coke just tasted like soda water. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Food is what it is. However the customer service is abhorrent. James would have to be the rudest person I've ever come across. Your business would be better off without him. Food: 3 Service: 1
