Feedback
I live 2 hrs away and I would come back if I was driving through again. At the start I did have to wait a bit longer then I would have liked to not because of staff it was a difficult customer. The young man was polite and friendly and apologised about the wait and did not say a bad thing about the prior customer. My meal was ordered promptly and quickly, my food was hot and chips were fresh and seasoned well. Thankyou.
Used my covid voucher, (last day)in the drive-thru, but had to go inside to use it. One person ahead of me ordering, a staff member was holding my order, waiting for the register. Cupla mins I was outta there. Fast service, apologetic, friendly staff and the food was great too!
The girl at the counter seemed quite impatient while we were placing our orders. The food we received was cold, the chicken was tough, and the coating was soggy. Additionally, the alfresco dining area was not clean.
Sometimes it's decent, but on several occasions, the chicken has been dry and stale. The chips are usually hard and lacking salt. Today, I ordered a bigger box for my family, and while the chips were actually good, the popcorn chicken was a bit tough. Additionally, two of the burgers smelled and tasted like cleaning products. What a disappointment! If we end up getting sick, I'm seriously considering taking legal action.
Got a bacon and cheese zinger today and there was no bacon at all, chips were soggy instead of crispy fresh so they got cold quick, I little bit of over kill on the salt but it’s better than no salt at all which mostly happens good job guys for remembering salt without being asked to make sure there was any
