Panera Bread - Yorkville

Good coffee and food. Friendly staff. Also, understaffed. Restroom is not the best.

I ate at this location and the food was relatively good but, the dining room was absolutely filthy. I had to wipe down my own booth since there was not clean table to eat at. It was slow with just one other couple dining in, the floor needed vacuumed, all the tables and booths needed to be wiped down, the lamps had caked on dust and a couple of them had dead flies stuck to the dust. The drink station was dirty and sticky, all the windows were so dirty you could barely look out the window. Overall the dining area was disgusting and will never be eating here again.

Was at this location today where the manager, Andy told someone to “**** off”. This happened on 5/30 at 3:20pm. My son who is eleven was shocked and made comments in regards to how disrespectful she was. Won’t be returning.

Ordered a salad and sandwich here 5/29.. didn't eat anything else strange since then and woke up this morning nauseous and vomiting think I got food poisoning from this location. I'm never eating here again !! I have symptoms of norovirus, your employees need to be washing their hands and disinfecting surfaces. I am so disgusted right now

Love the food but the one gal manager and the guy making the food beyond rude, called and walked in waiting for my food and no one had an answer didn't check up on me nothing waited now 25 to 30 minutes finally someone figured where the food was and it all freezing cold. Very poor service and general manager needs to learn some manners
