What A I doesn't like about Trailside Cafe:
Cute place. You have to cross a major road to get from the parking lot. Nice atmosphere. Doesn't smell too great inside though. Our ice creams had different amounts in them, even though they were the same size. Which for kids is hard. Ice creams were really good. Stop by if you are on the trail. Great smoothies! Nice outside and inside seating area. My wife’s favorite spot in town.
Watery coffee. Stale muffin. Too expensive. Outdoor seating

This is THE Empire State Trail pit stop. Good coffee, pastries (multiple gluten free options), smoothies, and water refills.
Only one star because of the business hours! Hours are ridiculous
