a very unpleasant experience. we ordered our meal online, received a confirmation number and when we arrived 10 minutes before closing time, the place was blocked. we have tried to call them several times since to cancel our order and cannot come anywhere with them. they say they don't know how to refund our money. we love Queensada food, but due to this circumstance we cannot give them a good review.
