I get it new years eve and they have a lot to fill, at the same time 30 minutes after the pick-up time is a little rediculous. the young who runs the register tells you your total number, then no excuse or sympathy for the long waiting period. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Philly Pretzel Factory:
They are supposed to close at 7pm but somehow I’m here and they are closed at 6:40pm smh lights off cleaned up closed. That’s crazy. They might as well be closed all the time for all that View all feedback.
I have been placing several orders each week for our field hockey team. The pretzels are delicious and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The pretzels are always fresh and ready for pickup at the designated time. If any rare issues arise, they are promptly resolved without hesitation.
The customer service at this restaurant is truly terrible.

This Philly Pretzel Factory was very nice, the manager there was kind and patient. He kept us engaged while our pretzels were being made in the oven. We will definitely be going back to this specific location.
I am literally obsessed with these pretzels! They are so soft and delicious I can’t go a week without them. I look forward to Monday’s just so I can pair a pretzel with the sweet cream, brownie batter, or cheese dips. ???
