Ordered dinner tonight got delivery when it came we noticed part of our order wasn’t delivered. But they delivery driver already was gone so i called the shop I literally was told to hold 3 times and was on hold for 6 minutes and that’s fine i guess they were trying to figure out what happened then the guy said they had the food that was missed and would be sent out it never came and they are now closed! Close location to our hotel. We walked over and ordered a calzone. Very good flavor and the sauce was so delicious! One of the top sauces I've had. Lady that took our order was stoic, not really personable or friendly. Young man that gave us our order was more friendly.
Use delivery and dine in all the time. I own a used bookstore called bookends in east york. And use these guys way too much!

I have been to this restaurant multiple times while traveling for work. They haven't missed yet. During my latest visit, I ordered a turkey boat sub and a slice of pizza. The sub was outstanding and all the toppings came together to make an outstanding flavor. The slice of pie was on of the best I ever had. Tasty, crisp and delicious.
I enjoy this Marcelo's cheese pizza and many other of their offerings. The staff is friendly and helpful. This location is unlike any chain pizza place.
