I have heard good things about this restaurant for awhile. On my birthday, I picked it to go to for dinner. The atmosphere inside is cozy (it was formerly a house), I loved the Edison lightbulbs and artwork. We started with the meat and cheese board, which was so much we ended up taking half of it home. It was delicious! We both ordered the pork schnitzel with mashed potatoes and glazed brussel sprouts. The portions were generous, the pork was tender and the potatoes and sprouts were under the schnitzel (see photo) and were wonderful. We ended up taking half home and had it the next night it was just as good as the night before! I highly recommend this restaurant!

I have to mention how tempting it is to order the fries appetizer because of the amazing sauces that come with it—all of which can complement many of the main dishes if you have leftovers. For your main course, you can choose from scallops, salmon, a variety of meats, and several sandwich options. The tacos on taco night are simply unreal, and there’s a wide range of changing entrees. If the chicken and waffles make a return, don’t miss out—though the poutine is always a winner, especially on a chilly day in Maine. I've found their salmon dishes to be perfectly cooked, accompanied by sides that keep your taste buds interested, and I often have leftovers to enjoy the next day. This restaurant is a true hidden gem! The salmon was cooked flawlessly, and the atmosphere is perfect for a private date night. The decadent plum bread pudding was a delightful finish to the meal. We were recommended this place, and we will definitely share our positive experience with others. It was a nice touch for the chef to come and ask about our meals.
