We have family who occasionally visit from New Hampshire, and they always want to go to Crimson Grill. It never disappoints! However, this evening we arrived promptly at 4:00 to secure a table for our party of five. While we understand that the restaurant doesn't take reservations, we were puzzled to see three high-top tables in the enclosed outdoor area being held by four women. Over an hour later, their party of 20 still hadn't arrived. We ended up squeezing into a booth with an extra chair to accommodate our small group. It would be greatly appreciated if management could address situations like this in the future to avoid similar frustrations.
