read moreThe Cross Keys in York offers a mixed dining experience according to recent reviews. While some customers praise the fantastic food, great service, and welcoming atmosphere, others express disappointment with long wait times, disorganized service, and rude behavior from staff. Despite these mixed opinions, the pub seems to be a popular spot, especially on busy nights. Overall, the food is described as delicious and the staff as friendly, but inconsistent service remains a concern for some diners. Consider booking in advance and being prepared for potential delays during peak times at this York establishment.
