What User doesn't like about Slug Lettuce York:
We were seated at 12:20 for our 12:30 reservation and had the table until 2:00. Since we were really hungry, we ordered immediately, but our food didn’t arrive until 1:30. The drinks also took a long time, and we had to keep asking for updates. The waitress's customer service wasn't very good; although it was clear she was busy, she came across as rude. This bar was quite busy, but as a group in our 50s, we still felt comfortable here. Both the food and drinks were reasonably priced, and the quality of the food was excellent. Overall, we had a great experience.
