really picturesque little caffe (you after walking in york have discovered that there are several of them.) the lunch seemed definitiw the price not to be worth, but the free 3 salads expand on it. definitiw tasty and really well done. something to go back and try them a few others. What Al3x19 doesn't like about Lucky Days:
The service and food at this restaurant were terrible! The inside is not very clean and the older man who works there is condescending when speaking to the younger staff. I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs. View all feedback.
Had an amazing lunch at Lucky Days delicious fresh food, great service and very helpful friendly staff. Cannot recommend this enough only shame was there was no room for the amazing cakes

I highly recommend this cozy café located in the heart of York. The breakfast menu is excellent and the service is very friendly. The scrambled eggs were delicious!
I have been in the hospitality industry for 45 years and I have never experienced anything quite like this. The staff clearly lacked experience working in a cafe and seemed confused about what, where, and who they were serving. It was definitely a unique experience, but unfortunately not a positive one.
We were out in York with friends and were looking for a coffee and cake and came across this tearoom. We were given the last table downstairs by the door, not initially realising there was an upstairs, being by the door we were constantly having to ask people to close the door as it was a cold windy day, which was a pain. However, they had a good selection of cakes and the teas and coffees were good if a little expensive.
