One of my favorite Dunkin locations.Staff there is great.Ordered my Matcha Latte Iced. The staff asked if I wanted sugar. I ordered Donuts for my family. They were carefully placed in the box and the donuts are always fresh. The staff put the donuts on a Dunkin bag for me.The staff cooking the food was great. I had a terrible experience at the Dunkin' Donuts in Yonkers. I should have known better than to go in. The person who took my order and made my turkey bagel was extremely rude and completely ignored me. View all feedback.

Worst service ever. Walked out after 40 min after an altercation with the Mgr bc he wouldn't help. Didn't even get a refund. Literally worst ever
They don't know how to toast a bagel where's the cream cheese
One of the worst Dunkin’s I’ve ever been too, reminds me of the notorious McDonald’s in Manhattan that u can buy/sell crack see people overdosing in the bathrooms
They have messed up the order and tried to argue with my friend about it. then the guy started fighting with the next customer. they must be checked
