**Restaurant Review: Dunkin' Donuts in Yonkers**
Dunkin' Donuts in Yonkers presents a mixed bag of experiences. While some patrons praise its extensive variety of donuts and friendly staff, others lament stale food and questionable customer service. Complaints include subpar items like cold wraps and unappetizing drinks, with several customers highlighting deteriorating service standards. Despite these issues, some still assert it's the best Dunkin' location for its reliable selection and great breakfast options. Best Dunkin in yonkers they always have those cool variety of donuts not like the other Dunkin’s that run out of donuts … how could a donut shop run out of donuts ….the employees are Super friendly
I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese wrap from Dunkin' and almost chipped my tooth—it was that bad. The tortillas felt stale even with gloves on, so why sell them at all? It's a waste of both time and money. The blood orange drink tasted like nothing more than colored, flavorless water. Unfortunately, at this location, several employees seem to disregard customer satisfaction, which is both disappointing and unpleasant. As shown in the photo, we received a tiny bagel—like one meant for ants—with spoiled cream cheese. The missing pieces from the wrap turned out to be stale tortilla chips—cold and so crispy they resembled loaded nachos. Any 5-star reviews here have to be fake. The menu lacks variety, and all they serve are whatever stale donuts happen to be available. I’m convinced this Dunkin' location is just a front for a low-quality operation.
If you want to experience really rude service, visit this Dunkin' on a Thursday afternoon. Just don’t clear your throat due to allergies, or a young male employee with dreadlocks, who seems very unsanitary, will immediately assume you have a serious COVID-related illness. He then makes unpleasant remarks to his coworkers about not serving you, mistakenly believing that masks are mandatory and everyone has COVID. I’m quite disappointed since I used to visit this location frequently, but I might not come as often anymore.
They completely got my order wrong. Even after they corrected it, I still ended up with undercooked bacon!
