I'm usually hesitant about visiting a Dunkin’ Donuts that’s not in my neighborhood... read more The only reason we decided to stop here is that I drove by the Micro Center. I'm usually hesitant about visiting a Dunkin’ Donuts that’s not in my neighborhood because I often find that they get something wrong with my order. However, this location did not disappoint and surpassed my local Dunkin’ by the park!

There were two employees; one seemed... read more The parking lot is a nice perk, but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. Everything else was quite disappointing. There were two employees; one seemed to know what they were doing, while the other appeared disoriented and confused. Their communication was unclear, leaving us unsure if our order was taken properly. The counters were dirty, and I noticed that they didn’t change their gloves between handling cash and preparing baked goods. I won’t be returning to this place, and I truly hope that corporate or an inspector steps in before someone gets seriously ill. It’s worth driving a little farther to find a better option.

I had a reward for a free breakfast sandwich with the purchase of a medium coffee, but he told me that I couldn't redeem it unless I linked a credit card to the Dunkin app. To complicate things further, he ended up charging me for the free sandwich and was difficult when I requested a refund. If I choose to return, I’ll definitely opt for placing my order for pickup.
