Sequoia Tasting Room At Genas Place

Great restaurant! We came after a long day in the Kings NP and we got amazing food. Gena is a great cook and we wish we could come again for dinner (unfortunately we are leaving back home). Also, the service was excellent and very professional. Thank you for a great night.

After a full day at King's Canyon we were were looking for something good to eat and we stumbled upon this cool little spot. The decor is perfect for the area. The staff is top notch from Chris our host to the chef's Midas touch on our dishes. We had the cheeseburger and a tuna melt with coleslaw and fries. Portions were super sized and price is totally worth it. It seems like all the food is winning as our lunch was so good we came back for dinner! The steak and prime rib were well seasoned just like the burger! If you are in the area and looking for great food, nice staff and rustic ambiance you should give them a try.

Close to the National Park, so it is a good base camp for explorations. The rooms/ houses are tiny, but they have everything you need. Food: we liked the veggie tacos, they are great! Good selection of craft beers.
