Fabulous tonkotsu ramen with melt in your mouth pork, rich broth, and lovely noodles. Don't miss adding garlic at the table. To get the most out of the experience, going with a Japanese speaker is helpful as they can specify the richness of the broth, the level of oil, and the softness of the noodles, which is otherwise difficult. Excellent broth. Absolutely delicious. The hosts were helpful and knew some English. The ticket machine also had translations in English. But, the air inside was really, really humid and hot. I was sweating and uncomfortable, but the taste of the food somewhat made up for that. Would visit again, but hopefully they'll fix the humidity.
