Unique, original, especially, ghost blooming rays from toronto, canada. the white broth is the result of cooking chicken parts which are high in collagen for long hours at low heat. although creamy, the concentrated suppe is surprisingly not difficult by the sweet from the sweet one. they rarely see chicken breast for rams to beat because of the delicate nature of the proteins, but the chashu on the top will be the most succulent pieces of the breast they have ever.

鶏白湯塩ミニラーメンで注文3件回ったうち2軒目。極めて普通だが白湯 白ごまがバランスが悪く帰って新鮮。日本人にはない味の組み合わせと感じた。気になったのでメープルバターをトッピングで追加。ラーメンと頭が認識してしまうと美味しくないと感じるが欧米人の味覚を味わうという意味では個人的にはあり。例えが稚拙だかマックグリドルを食べたくなるときと同じ気持ち。

Good smoke smell. I also got miso, but here is Nishikyo miso, so I won miso and felt the characteristic of soup. You can experience that ramen is like this when you go home.
