For full disclosure, we have Rotolo's another try because we had a free pizza coupon. Ordered at 5:45, got an update that it was ready at 6:16 as I walked into the restaurant. I didn't get my order until 6:45. They appeared incredibly understaffed, had tons of people waiting for take out orders, and what I did receive wasn't even hot (I live literally like 2 blocks away, so it's not a distance-to-eating-time issue).... Our waitress was cute and patient. She helped us decide what to get as it was our first time visiting. Food was delicious sooo good. And the building is really cute the vibes are nice. View all feedback.
