I am writing to express my disappointment with the service and taste of the food at this restaurant. I have been very disappointed with the quality of the food and the service. I am very disappointed with the decline in the quality of this restaurant. I will not be returning unless there is a significant improvement in the food and service. View all feedback.
The most disgusting Cappuccino and Frappuccino I have ever tried. We had to wait almost 15 minutes for that two cups..
The place itself is very nice and cozy, food is ok, a bit pricey, but the service is so poor. Each time I've visited the place, the waiters either forgot about some orders, or brought sth else instead and they were not acting as if that was their mistake. Please work a bit on your service and the vibe of your waiters.

Prices and food with drinks are very nice if you would like to have a snack or a full lunch
