It appears that this restaurant excels with pre-orders and improvisation based on the comments. We tried the stuffed vegetables and dolma, as well as a basic tomato and cucumber salad, all of which were delicious. However, the only vegan options available on the menu were these dishes. My husband and I dined at this restaurant for an entire month, enjoying three meals a day, while staying at the Republica Hotel. The restaurant is staffed by very friendly and attentive individuals. Specializing in Armenian cuisine, they made sure every meal was unique and delicious for us, often offering dishes not listed on the menu.
