I had ordered the... read more Once again, the online order with KFC in Yellowknife has let me down. I arrived just after the minute minimum time and inquired about my meal. I had ordered the Boneless Meal For One which was listed as a deal for this week. Here it is BONELESS MEAL FOR ONE Spicy Famous Chicken Chicken Sandwich Original Recipe Tenders Individual Popcorn Individual Fries SWEET N SMOKEY BBQ The first person I inquired with disappeared and never returned to the counter. Another person asked if I needed help so we went through the process again. My order was obviously on their system as they were asking me questions and I was giving satisfactory answers. That person also then disappeared and never returned. A third person tried and we repeated the process again. He left to get my meal and returned with everything except the sandwich but gave me a cup for a drink. I asked for my sandwich. He told me it doesn't come with a sandwich and I assured him it did. He said show me so I did. He shrugged and left to get my sandwich. When he returned I asked if it was spicy (that's what I ordered). He said no. I said never mind, grabbed my food and walked out KFC Yellowknife needs to train their people properly. None of the ones I talked to were even aware that this was a KFC Deal so the really couldn't fulfill my order correctly. Perhaps their online ordering system is still lacking some detail?

Firstly impression are everything from happy greetings, quick service, and overall the food quality as well. I understand this establishment is new band the employee are getting there but remember that they're human as well. They can always make you another one if requested.
