It could the impact of the experience was heightened by the fact that I was here with a great group of people, but good food, presentation and quality is in and of itself. Everything was presented in a beautiful aesthetic and at the perfect temperature. I have zero complaints about the quality of the ingredients. My favorite tapa was the croqueta (de kimchee con salmón ahumado y huevas de tobiko). They were hot, held together through the bite (I ate it in two), the salmon added the right saltiness and the roe provided a surprising contrast to the creaminess of the croqueta. If ordered, I recommend consuming these last of all the dishes. The flavor intensity is next level, but not overwhelming as kimchee can sometimes be, The red and white wines we received were exquisite. As for the wait staff , they were attentive and executed their jobs perfectly from the time our party entered until we vacated. It was a special night celebrating life and the prices were commensurate with the experience. Lest I forget, the views and the entire terrace were simply beautiful.

However this was greatly compensated by a nice wine tasting with tapas and a delicious lunch.

We shared 6 different dishes, all beautifully presented, and enjoyed with a few glasses of Barahonda 's own crianza wine. Great service, and the staff allowed me to practice my Spanish.

All of it with spectacular views of their own vineyards and great service. The kind of place that should be achieving a Michelin star soon. Totally recommended.
