Upon arrival, it turned out that the sauna is under reconstruction and does not work, this was not reported when booking by phone. There is a hammam in the hotel, but the room is very small, you have to wait in line to enter, the hammam worked once in a while. When they asked at the reception if they could check the functionality of the hammam, they said to wait half an hour and it would work, they waited for more than an hour, but it didn't work. The jacuzzi is old, the water is cloudy, and there is also a queue for it. The pool is large, but the water is barely warm, not 30 degrees as promised. The girl at the reception is not friendly, does not greet, is not interested in solving the problems of the guests. The view from the room was on construction, in the morning there was noise from this construction. The hotel is far from the center, there are no other restaurants nearby, except for the one in the hotel. I liked everything in the hotel restaurant, the food is delicious, the waitress is very friendly and works quickly.

On the last day of departure, we were allowed to stay in the room longer, due to the late train time, and we were not asked to pay extra for it either.
