The presentation is always beautiful and the cakes/cupcakes are always delicious. When I call, the employees always take the time to talk and ask questions to ensure I get what I need/want. Very helpful. When I hang up, I don't have toworry about it because it always turns out wonderfully. The first time I ordered was for my daughter's 1st birthday, astrawberry shortcake. I just ordered her college graduation cupcake cake. They never disappoint.
