I ordered online for pickup and although the website said it was ready when I came there, it looked like they just put it in the many. Waiting times we are absurd and another customer nex to ne wa upset because they don't even wait for his order after 30 minutes. When I finally got the pizza, it was best to be moderate. Nick and his personal are so friendly. the fresh homemade Italian pasta dinners are amazing. I tried flower cauliflower oma drunk and pizza it was delicious

We waited an hour and a half for 1 pizza. We sat patient because the take out was busy. They clearly forgot about us and the table before us. We watched them walk out and cancel their order because of how long they waited. Since we had 2 small kids and a small timeframe we couldn’t leave. After they finally serve the pizza (after we said something twice) there no was apology or even acknowledged the horrible experience.
Dined in to order food. Waited almost an hour and our food never came. Didn’t appear the order was ever put in by our server. No apologies given. Huge waste of time.
Horrible experience! Customer service was the worst ever. Very rude, unprofessional, no concept of putting the customer first! This was my first time here and will never be back! Also food was cold and had to reheat when I got home!!!!
