However, I do want to express my disbelief at how frequently the owners respond to negative comments with rudeness and negativity regarding their customers' experiences. Whatever happened to the idea that the customer is always right? The owner uses COVID as an excuse far too often for poor service, and it’s clear that Nancy, who works behind the counter, is a major reason why this place might go out of business. Bagel shops are everywhere, and buying a bagel should be a pleasant experience. There's no reason for me to spend my hard-earned money where the staff snatch the bagels out of my hands and can’t even be bothered to say thank you.

The mystery is what happened to my bagels??????

When I arrived at 1:05, they wouldnt open the door. It is understandable but be honest and tell me not to come if its after 1.Sad cause this was my favorite bagels place and ill never go there after this.
