The mashed potatoes are fantastic, as well as the chicken wings. Don't forget to try the recommended cocktail of the day as well!

The effort put into maintaining authenticity is commendable. I particularly enjoyed the Moik (rice dishes) and the delicious barbecue dishes. If you enjoy rich and flavorful food, this place is definitely worth trying. Fusion drinks with Wa liquor are also available, offering a light, sweet, and refreshing taste with a powerful kick. The atmosphere is simple yet stylish, with references to the restaurant's name throughout. The wall art is even photos taken by one of the owners in their hometown. However, the ceiling space could use some additional decoration to prevent it from feeling empty or to serve as soundproofing. Overall, Root is a great spot to relax and enjoy excellent food and drinks.

The ingredients are fresh. The restaurant is clean and the staffs are very patience, very accommodating, and helpful. The dish portions are a bit small for the prices they are charged. But if you consider the taste and the environment the restaurant provides, in my opinion, it is worth the money. I recommend this restaurant if you haven't try it out yet.
