I saw about five employees in awful condition, including a waiter and a cashier. The restaurant wasn't even crowded on Sunday morning, yet they still couldn't serve properly. Unprofessional, lazy, and clearly not well-trained. I even noticed that they couldn't even make a simple kimbap roll.
