It's their service that is not great, and this is ba... read more Okay so I am going to be honest but fair. Their coffee and other drinks are great, their food is also good. It's their service that is not great, and this is based on going there a few times. Each time I was made to feel like my business was more of aninconvenience to them than anything and I am not the only person that they treat that way. OR twice I have gone in to have tolisten to the person behind the counter openly and not discretely complain about working there. VERY unprofessional in myopinion. Its a cute place,in a great location and good product but I don't think I will be going back when I can take mybusiness to a place that appreciates the business.

Owner will lie to you and promise you specific hours and pay to get you to join their team. They have no structure and their rules are back and forth. The owners will lettheir family mistreat you and never expect to leave on your scheduled end of shift because even during closing hours the managerwill continue to serve people then get on you if establishment is closed to late or if anything was left on because they willturn them back on to make more sales. They seem nice but they don?t care. Always adding new things to their stores. Andconstantly hiring because they?re management is so bad people keep quitting. Definitely recommend C&S. I?ve never had issuestheir drinks are amazing and the management is structured. Stop giving your money to the people who are like the management atcaffeine connections let?s help eachother and their employees get better coffee and jobs. Because they are just mistreatedhere.

Coffee is very good too and atmosphere is great... read more I enjoy this place, they have wonderful breakfast sandwiches that are hand made on site with fresh ingredients. Coffee is very good too and atmosphere is great for visiting, unlike starbucks that has uncomforatable seating and background music so loud you cant hear yourself think let alone visit with others.
