I had dinner at Cowboy Brother tonight and I must say it was one of the best meals I've had in a long time. Highly recommend it!
The beef patty was slightly burnt and overcooked, but still juicy with a delicious grilled flavor. Additionally, the burger came with a generous portion of meat on a large bun for less than $10. This could be the best pre-city style burger I've had.
Good burger for the price they ask. The one I ordered had double beef, double cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, ketchup and mayo on a sesame bun. For a takeaway style burger, I was surprised with the quality compared to other takeaway burger restaurants, the ingredients...were very fresh. The staff are friendly and efficient. Would definitely go back when I get the craving for a cheaper burger.
The burgers at this place are amazing. Delicious meat, buns are soft and tender and the flavours are absolutely delicious. Chips are excellent as well. If you are a burger fan, you should be lining up to have one here.
On Monday night, my friend and I had dinner at Classic Burger. I ordered the truffled burger combo, while my friend opted for the Big Mic burger combo. Between the two, the Big Mic burger was definitely the better choice. The truffle flavor was too rich for my taste and I couldn't finish it. Additionally, the patty in my burger was undercooked and had red portions, which was off-putting for me as I prefer my meat fully cooked. The Big Mic burger, on the other hand, had a good balance of flavors with a hint of sweetness from the salad, which helped cut through the richness of the burger. The chips were perfectly cooked - crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. The portion size was also very generous. Overall, I would be willing to give them another chance.
