The food menu als... read more I found this restaurant in a free paper called Yorimichi and had been curious about it. It's stylish for an izakaya and casual for a cafe bar. The food menu also feels quite extensive. The parking lot is located along the river, I wonder if it's public? Inside the restaurant, there are counter seats on the right, box tables on the left, and tatami seats in the back left. The atmosphere is quite spacious. There are several lunch set menus and also a lunch option for spice curry. I ordered the spice curry and my companion ordered the offal set. The spice curry comes with three types of curry- green curry with shrimp and chicken, keema curry with lamb, and bean curry. The vegetables were abundant and satisfying. The rice was made with 38 different grains, which seems healthy. There are other menu items that caught my eye, so I would like to visit again.´꒳`

We had the "Yamanami Spice Curry Plate" which included pork curry and shrimp coconut curry. It was delicious. My husband had the "Chicken Nanban Teishoku" and the chicken was incredibly tender. The vegetable tartar was refreshing and also very tasty. Overall, a great dining experience.

My daughter enjoyed eating the onigiri. The dishes were beautifully presented and visually appealing. There was a wide variety of drinks, which was educational. It was a place for new encounters. Tanigaki is great as an izakaya in the evening, but the lunch is also excellent!
