I remember being impressed by the over... read more For the past few years (about 4 years), I have been using this restaurant for takeout on my way back from the ski resort. I remember being impressed by the overwhelming meatiness and deliciousness of the patty the first time I tried it. A little disappointing point is that the French fries are too salty (I felt this way last year as well). Until about 3 years ago, I have a memory of them being seasoned and very delicious (maybe my memory has been embellished), but I feel like the intense salty flavor of the fries started around the time the paper bag for the fries was changed. I picked up takeout again this year on March 4th, and it was the most disappointing experience so far. The patty of the burger had a strong odor, the saltiness was intense, and the sauce didn't mix well. The fries remained too salty. I understand that the patty's taste can be affected by the quality of the meat they use, and since it's so thick and roughly ground, it can be difficult to cook it just right. But because I really like their burgers, I wanted to express my honest opinion. I'm giving it 4 stars with hopes for improvement. If only considering this year, it would be 2.5 stars. If I think about the original taste that I remember, it would be 5 stars, and I still want to go back. Just to note, I always eat the food right away in my car after picking it up for takeout.

The crispy and chewy buns, the flavorful and aromatic patty made with coarse-ground beef, fresh tomatoes and crisp lettuce, all topped with onion sauce and tartar sauce dressing! It was really delicious.

We managed to squeeze in just before closi... read more Located along a rural highway in the middle of nowhere, this burger joint seems to be a popular spot with long lines. We managed to squeeze in just before closing time, so the place was empty, which was nice. Apparently, the meat recipes change daily as the restaurant is directly operated by a butcher shop. Today's burger was rich in flavor, with juicy meat oozing out. Despite being filling, it was light enough to easily devour two. I seriously considered another one but decided to save the excitement for next time haha. Highly recommended spot. However, the interior is cramped, so it seems like the best option would be to grab takeout and enjoy it in the outdoor garden when the weather is nice.
