The dishes were sophisticated and the flavors refined and authentic. The wine list is versatile and reasonably priced, so is...the menu. A plethora of local options and a few words with the owner completed this fabulous experience that TripAdvisor does not have enough stars for!

W... read more We had made reservation for a table for 8 people which we found ready upon arrival. Friendly adorable service staff, maybe deserving some on the job training. We found the menu of an extraordinary, yet small variety what proves fresh production. Innovative items such as...a combination of squid and rabbit or the vegetable dish called tarte virtuelle . The chalet is charming without been kitchy. Le Collet is certainly a good address for guests who know to enjoy the many trails in the Vosges, who like to enjoy more than just a snack and who enjoy the French way of life.

The rooms are spacey, tradition... read more We spent a lovely three days at the hotel. The cozy, well managed place turned out to be the perfect match for a little holiday. The rooms are spacey, traditionally furnished with a personal touch and every little thing at its place. The restaurant fit...our needs and expectations perfectly, the dishes proposed ranging from classical to some more elaborate plates. I loved the presentation. We felt the passion of the Lapôtre family and enjoyed our stay enormously.
