In the center of Utoro, it can get quite crowded during tours and lunchtime, making it difficult to find time to dine. However, if you drive 2-3 minutes east along the coast, you will find a seaside diner. Just make sure not to confuse the parking lot with the one next to the Nature Office. The parking lot is like a small alley in front of the restaurant. The staff at the restaurant are very nice, and the food is satisfying with good flavor and portion size. The prices are a bit higher due to the touristy location, but personally I find them reasonable compared to other places.
I stopped by for lunch and had a delicious seafood bowl! After the meal, I played on the beach right in front of me. It was so cold.
We enjoyed a barbecue while watching the sunset. The venison, lamb, and Shiretoko chicken were delicious, as were the crab, scallops, and hokke fish. The potato shochu also warmed us up!
01/03/2022 美味しい海鮮丼。タレに何か秘密がある！風景も良いし、またゆっくり来たいと思います。個人的にはタコの甘さに驚きました。海鮮丼は地物を色々知ることができるので良いですね！！！
