Dào の Yì うとろ・シリエトク レストラン

Due to the road being closed in Shiretoko, we had to unexpectedly stay at a hotel. At that time, we visited a roadside station nearby. The three-color bowl with salmon roe had large, deliciously plump grains.

On 02/03/2022, I visited a restaurant with a beautiful building where souvenirs are compactly lined up. I tried the parent-child bowl with Silver Coho Salmon this time. The tender sashimi matched perfectly with the accompanying wasabi, and the ikura was delicious without being too rich. I was satisfied with my meal!

This roadside station offers a wide range of souvenirs, from typical items to fresh fish. The building is designed to resemble a guardhouse and has a charming atmosphere. The station is relatively large and well-equipped, but the early closing time can be a drawback. The restaurant inside serves lunch only, so be sure to plan accordingly. The variety of souvenirs available is abundant, so you won't have any trouble finding something to take home.

キャンピングカーが多いです。車中泊は、やり易いです。面した道路は夜中もごくたまに通行する車があるので道路から離れた方が静かでいいとおもいます。ゴジラ岩や観光船、直ぐ横の川にはサケ？樺太マス？が遡上してきていますし、それを狙ったカモメも沢山集まっています。なかなか色々な見どころがある道の駅です。 ただ残念なのは、ここからカムイワッカ湯の滝までマイカーで行くつもりでしたが、マイカー規制で知床五湖の観光駐車場でバスに乗り換えなければならなくなったことです。 天候も悪い日だったので、カムイワッカは諦めました。残念です。
