Was Jeff at Frisch's Big Boy a mag?
I’m not sure if there is a new manager here, but a year or two ago I posted that the service was bad. That is not the case anymore at all. I’ve been back numerous times in the last year, the service is always quick, the food is great, and the restaurant is clean. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is in hopes that they will have the breakfast bar at night a couple more times a week lol. View all feedback.

I was seated and then the waitress went to the cash register for a long time. I ended up going to the register to pay for my drinks. When she asked if I had a ticket, I replied no, and she asked who my server was. I simply placed a $10 on the counter because it seemed I had a cashier instead of a waitress. After that, I decided to leave. View all feedback.
All I can say is wow, today I have had some of the worst service I have ever had from a Frisch's big boy store.
I can't begin to tell you city slickers what kind of customer service your missing out on by not living in the mid-west.
