The people are not nice, the food is tasteless, undercooked or not what you ordered. The only thing they got going is the atmosphere, but you can get that anywhere. We went today with my parents, child and husband. When we sat down we were hardly greeted, nobody came with a menu or even acknowledged we were there. Once we got our own menus and ordered, it felt like everything we said or asked for was difficult. We ordered a steak, with sauces. The sauces never arrived. Fries and fruit for our son, which arrived about 10 minutes later then everyone else’s food, the fries were undercooked and no sorry for the much later delivery. I ordered a pizza, with extra vegetables which it did not come with. When I asked about this I got a nasty look and they came to take the pizza away, it took them about 10 minutes to return the same pizza, now cold, with 5 tomatoes and 4 asparagus on top. The pizza dough was chewy and they charged 22 euros for this pizza. The two burger we ordered were ok-ish but you get way better value and quality anywhere else!! I asked my husband what he thought of this review, he thought it was still to nice.

But the worst thing yo... read more I guess the serving staff has changed here, or I just was unlucky. But on a rather quiet evening, the staff (except one person) was slow. But the worst thing you can do with me, is not bring back the change of a 27 euro bill (paid 30 euros). After letting me wait about 10 minutes, I just got annoyed and left. It will take a long time before I will spend my money here again...
