ordered 2 subparts during the journey thru to nc. one or the subparts had as much salt on it looks like the caps tube cast off and salt. we found it only 15 miles back on the road and threw the sandwich in the NC-residue zone as it was not edible. has a customer service request and they answer from the franchise owner was automated that they prepare the service to do nothing about the situation right. will solve Twit... The lady working the morning shift was quite rude and had a poor attitude. She gave me the wrong order and then tried to argue about it. I ended up having to purchase another item because she wouldn't acknowledge her mistake. It's really not the customers' fault if she's unhappy in her job; management should address this situation.
I just left this restaurant on April 18, 2022, and it was an absolutely terrible experience. I couldn't believe how many people were buying what looked like spoiled food. The cleanliness was appalling. The cucumbers were yellow and the meat looked discolored. I'm not joking when I say that if you want to avoid food poisoning, you should steer clear of this place. We asked for a full refund and left right away. Seriously, avoid it for your own health.
I ordered a tuna sandwich, but I could barely taste the tuna. It really frustrated me because I'm a truck driver and can't go back. The woman who served me was older, and I feel like I didn't get what I paid for.
They are never open shouldn't even be listed unless to state its permanently closed
Lady at register told my husband very rudely they were closed 20 minutes before they actually close.. meanwhile all food was still out.
