Was Anonym at The Cornmill a mag?
this place was recommended to us because of the perfect location, but we did not expect to eat so wonderful and to be so good! we have really made our visit to llangollen and we were so glad that we were able to look in the free restaurant with view. to sit the flow. the service was not as good as possible, but the staff was polite when we saw them! highly recommended! What Anonym dislikes about The Cornmill:
This week, I went to this restaurant for lunch. I found it to be quite expensive for what we ordered (just one snack). The price of the tea pot was £2.10, which was fine, but I was surprised to be charged an additional 30p for requesting milk, especially as it was only a small amount. This week, I went to this restaurant for lunch. I found it to be quite expensive for what we ordered (just one snack). The price of the tea pot was £2.10, which was fine, but I was surprised to be charged an additional 30p for requesting milk, especially as it was only a small amount. After reading some other reviews, it appears that other items may also come with extra charges, such as hot water for the teapot and bread. This seems a bit excessive. Additionally, one of the chefs came to the table next to ours because the customers were complaining about the wait for their food. Their response was aggressive and very rude.

Love visiting this long established cafe in a beautiful setting overlooking St Chads Church. It’s always clean with plenty of seating as well as outside. We had soup and cheese and onion toasties with a portion of chips. Food was very fresh and very tasty....The salad garnish was also delicious. Pleasant and friendly service topped the visit off well.

Dashed in, out of the rain, with our dog at 2.30pm and made very welcome, despite being nearly closing time! Excellent hot drinks and delicious cakes, beautifully presented and served with a smile and a chat. Wish we were locals!

The best caffe I have ever visited, I bring my little young weekly and have it daily for my lunch at work! the staff is no longer there! highly recommended

Beautiful eating and wonderful people. I can't recommend it enough!
