I stumbled upon this charming tea room and struck gold. Stepping through the door felt like stepping back in time, entering a true tea room. The atmosphere was lovely, with delicate china cups and saucers, lace tablecloths, and delicious home-baked cakes, scones, and meals. Came here a few weeks ago. I'm a support worker so I support people with learning difficulties non verbal etc. Never had a problem before. My service user choose a cake. It was moldy. The staff said it's part of the icing from the cake....It was mold. She threw it in the bin and offered a different cake. No apology made or no money knocked off his bill. It is like going back in time for the better you feel as though you are a treasured customer. Lovely table cloths and china crockery. The sandwiches, scones and homemade cakes were delicious. A proper tea room run by a very good hostess.

Ann, the owner, is a very friendly lady who loves to laugh and joke around, always greeting guests with a warm smile. The staff are just as welcoming, always ready with a big smile to greet visitors. Whenever we visit Blackpool, we make a point of stopping by Ann's tea room. Not only do we enjoy the homemade treats on the menu, but we also look forward to seeing Ann, who never fails to brighten our day with her cheerful demeanor. Keep up the great work, Ann - we can't wait to see your autographs next July!

As staff looking out for who I support I can't let them eat anything that is moldy or out if date. We will probably go back as my server user likes it here and I've never had a problem there before. I've been told I should of made a fuss but I'm not like that. An apology would of been nice though or free cake. Other than that this is a nice meeting place
Went to Cleveleys, looking for somewhere to eat , came across this little Gem of a Teashop. Staff could not do enough for us . Decor superb , tea in China pot and China cups . A blast from the past . Lace on tables...food was lovely and served with a smile . Sure this Tearoom will go from strength to strength . Will definitely return
