What Lay Lah doesn't like about Starbucks:
If I could give 0 stars I would. I was standing in line for like 5 mins, one girl was working. Nobody else was in line or anywhere in the Starbucks area she was doing idk what. She made eye contact with me multiple times, but didn’t come to help me. I waited for a while before I decided to walk away. don’t know her name, she had no tag. I got an apple oat milk drink which is always my favorite. The drink was filled up all the way and cup was cleaned off before handing it to me. I was silly enough to accidentally spill it in my car and went in to order a second one and expected to pay but Gabby was very sweet and made another drink for me for free.
