We went to a restaurant for dinner at 9 p.m. after work, only to find a dining room that was dirty and staff taking a break. While we were being served, we saw several employees eating chips straight from the hotbox while we were served cakes that seemed old and moldy. We bought a bucket for a picnic with friends and I have just come to the conclusion that I'm not their biggest fan. The chicken skin was soggy instead of being crispy as I would expect. View all feedback.

Delicious burger! The chicken was tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The service was fantastic today; I was really impressed. I love the new coleslaw salad option—it's hard to tell the difference! It really hit the spot.
Anya, who served me, was truly exceptional. I highly recommend her for her outstanding customer service and performance! I believe that other team members, especially the manager, could learn a lot from her approach.

We came through the drive thru to get some chips and gravy and had to wait almost 30 minutes! really long wait, and not too happy! just wanted a little snack, but had to wait longer than they would get a meal in a...restaurant!
This restaurant provides a horrible customer service experience. The staff consistently messes up orders and lacks proper training. The manager and owner should be ashamed of their establishment. It's baffling how they can ignore so many negative reviews and not address the issues affecting their business. I would recommend avoiding this place entirely.
It seems every time we go to KFC at Wynnum, something that is requested is missed from our order. We always order through the app so they can't misinterpret what has been requested, but still items are left out regularly and I need to check...my order before leaving, without relying on the order being correct like other restaurants. If we change the potato and gravy to potato, you usually still get potato and gravy and have to tell the staff to change it. Every so often, the quality control improves, but the service at that store is hit and miss. The food is average, not great.
The restaurant had extremely poor time management, causing long delays at the drive-through for customers who had already been waiting for their food.
Possibly worst feed of KFC I 've had (my partner is sure it is their worst . Staff were flat out on a public holiday (more staff would have helped they were doing what they could very long wait to get a basic menu choice. Some...items had to be substituted as some components of the deal were sold out. It also appears drive thru customers were given preference to walk in customers in regard to wait time? Some walk ins leaving due to the long wait to even place an order. . No serviettes provided in meal (or on counter and virtually every eat in customer went to counter to request them (wouldn 't you put them out after being asked once or twice? Some of the meal was scalding hot and full of oil when we got it not great. It left a greasy pool on the table under the box. Dryer in rest room not working either just to top it off.
