The manager and owner should be ashamed of their establishment. It's baffling how they can ignore so many negative reviews and not address the issues affecting their business. I would recommend avoiding this place entirely.

We always order through the app so they can't misinterpret wha... read more It seems every time we go to KFC at Wynnum, something that is requested is missed from our order. We always order through the app so they can't misinterpret what has been requested, but still items are left out regularly and I need to check...my order before leaving, without relying on the order being correct like other restaurants. If we change the potato and gravy to potato, you usually still get potato and gravy and have to tell the staff to change it. Every so often, the quality control improves, but the service at that store is hit and miss. The food is average, not great.

Every day I pray that another franchisee for KFC will open a new store in Wynnum or close by to give these guys some competition.
