What User doesn't like about Dramanti Artisan Roaster:
We have visited Dramanti several times in the past and have always enjoyed it. However, our most recent visit was disappointing. We ordered vegan Okonomiyaki, only to be informed 25-30 minutes later that it was not actually vegan. We agreed to try the poke bowls instead, which were supposed to include tofu. Unfortunately, they did not arrive for another 25 minutes, leaving us hungry. The bowls contained a mix of hot... View all feedback.
Dramanti has the best coffee in the bayside area and also the best toastie in Brisbane. It is worth a trip out to the area just to try the toastie. They also have a range of vegan baked goods, all of which are clearly labelled if they are vegan. The kitchen menu has a range of vegan options and many of the vegetarian dishes can be replaced with vegan alternatives. High quality non-dairy milks of all kinds are available. Super friendly staff that are always very helpful. We are here every week and will continue to be for as long as we live in Brisbane.
Located at back of carpark across road from Coles carpark. Lots of vegan choices, great atmosphere, friendly staff.
Discovered this restaurant today thanks to a Happy Cow search. The menu and cabinet were filled with many vegan options, both sweet and savory, at fair prices. The staff was fantastic and the atmosphere of the place was excellent. I would give it 5 stars if I could!
My partner and I came for breakfast at this restaurant. We were greeted by friendly staff right away and were seated with menus. Table water was brought to us immediately and we were told to place our order at the counter when ready. The menu had only two vegan options, but several other dishes could be made vegan. I was interested in the vegan option for the Breakfast Tacos, which normally contain eggs and bacon. A staff member recommended swapping the ingredients for tofu and mushrooms, which I decided to try. My partner ordered the Char Vegetable Toastie. The food arrived quickly and was nicely presented, although I was surprised to find pineapple in the tacos, which was not listed on the menu. The tacos were okay, but the avocado slices were clumped together on one side and the tofu was in one long piece, making it difficult to eat. The blue corn tortillas couldn't hold all the ingredients, so I ended up using a knife and fork. The Char Vegetable Toastie was the standout dish, with delicious bread and well-combined ingredients. The coffee was decent, but not the best I've had. They also had vegan desserts, but I found them a bit pricey at $9.90 each. Overall, it was an okay breakfast experience. I appreciate that they offer vegan options, as there aren't many in the area. I may come back to try another dish in the future, but I will definitely order the Toastie again.
I went to breakfast with my partner and we were greeted by friendly staff who immediately seated us and gave us menus. The table water was refilled quickly and we were told to place our order when we were ready. The menu had only two vegan options, but others could be made vegan upon request. I asked about the vegan option for the breakfast tacos, which originally contained egg and bacon, and was advised to switch to tofu and mushrooms instead. I ordered that, while my partner ordered the chargrilled vegetable toastie. The food arrived promptly and was well presented, though the tacos unexpectedly had pineapple in them. The avocado was all in one clump on the side, making it difficult to eat, and the tofu was in a long strip, making it hard to manage. I ended up using a knife and fork. The chargrilled vegetable toastie was the standout dish - the bread was fantastic and all the ingredients worked well together. The coffee was decent, but not the best I've had. They also offered vegan sweets like biscuits and cream brownie, carrot cake, and banana bread, but at $9.90 each, they seemed a bit pricey. Overall, it was a good breakfast and I appreciated the vegan options, as there aren't many in the area. I would consider coming back to try another meal, but would definitely order the toastie again.
