We ordered the Nonna Pie a while back, and it was certainly delicious- fresh crushed tomatoes, basil, and house-made mozzarella- you can taste the quality of the ingredients. It's certainly better than the regular cheese pie in many ways. However, one thing we didn't like was that it had too much oil and that the crust seemed to be overcooked. So when we called again to order, we were a little reluctant to ask, but we asked if they could make it with light olive oil drizzled on top and cooked a little less than usual. They happily fulfilled our request and it turned out completely perfect. I really appreciated the time they took in making it special for us; I know not everyone has the time, especially during rush hour. Thanks a bunch!
